The four Relics of Rivellon quests were added to the base game (in July of last year, if memory serves), and require no activation. They won't block achievements. XP gains for these quests are intentionally nerfed into oblivion, so they're purely there for the armor sets. You can ignore them if you want. I love getting 25 xp for the quests.I believe so.
